Terrible quality and customer service

After one wash the waistband twisted in the pants. I asked if I could swap the same pants as I may have had a bad batch. They weren’t willing to until they spoke with their production team which took almost a month the offered to restitch the current pants back together. Poor effort! Bad quality all round.
