How long will my personalised order take?
We monogram our products in-house to ensure superior quality and a fast turnaround. Most personalised garments will ship within 1-3 working days.
If your order is urgent please contact customer care to arrange express or courier delivery. In most cases we can provide a same day service for Sydney metro customers.
How do you monogram your sleepwear?
We monogram all of our products in-house at our Sydney Head Office.
Every monogram is digitised by one of our embroiderers, carefully measured and then hand guided through a specialised embroidery machine. If your garment has pocket monogramming we take an extra step, individually stitching each pocket to the garment once monogrammed.
This process ensures quality finishing and accurate placement.
What shipping provider do you use?
We use a number of different shipping providers. In most instances we use Australia Post, Flash Couriers, Couriers Please or DHL Express.
If you wish to receive your order via a specific provider please contact customer care.
How many letters can I monogram?
On average we allow 10-12 letters. This is to ensure that the embroidery looks suitable for the location you have selected. In some instances we allow up to 20 characters.

Can I customise my monogramming?
We love customising fonts, colours and logos for our customers. Our embroidery machinists are highly skilled and able to accommodate most requests.

Can I return an item once it has been monogrammed?
We are unable to re-sell monogrammed product, as such we do not provide returns or exchanges once a product has been customised.
We can assist with size and customisation selections before finalising your order to avoid disappointment.

Will I need to be home for my delivery?
When sending domestic packages via Australia Post, customers can select to "safe drop" once they have received the tracking information. We do not permit safe drop unless a customer makes this selection.
DHL International orders require a signature on delivery.
How do I return a non-monogrammed item?
Simply contact customer care who will arrange a return authorisation and shipping label.
We offer free returns for Australian orders.
International returns are at the cost of the purchaser.
