What shipping provider do you use?
We use a number of different shipping providers. In most instances we use Australia Post or DHL Express.
If you wish to receive your order via a specific provider please contact customer care.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS?
We ship daily (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
All orders placed before 2pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.
Can I return an item once it has been monogrammed?
We are unable to re-sell monogrammed product, as such we do not provide returns or exchanges once a product has been customised.
We can assist with size and customisation selections before finalising your order to avoid disappointment.

Will I need to be home for my delivery?
When sending domestic packages via Australia Post, customers can select to "safe drop" once they have received the tracking information. We do not permit safe drop unless a customer makes this selection.
DHL International orders require a signature on delivery.
