We use Australia Post and other couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post or courier tracking number. For standard shipping please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised product). For express shipping please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised product). Shipping prices are as below, and may be amended from time to time.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, not monogrammed and with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
Refunds are only available on non-personalised product.
Sale items discounted by 30% or more are entitled to a credit note only. Your credit note will be valid for 12 months.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Contact info@jasmineandwill.com within 14 days of the date of delivery advising your exchange or return preference.
- You will receive an Australia Post return label that you should print out, sign and attach to your package.
- Complete the Returns Form and include it with your package
- Package the garment(s) and lodge at an Australia Post facility
Jasmine and Will reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. Your refund or credit note will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned garment(s).
International Shipping and Returns
We ship internationally using Australia Post and DHL as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for all orders outside Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post or DHL Tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised products). We charge a flat rate of AUD $45.00 on all international orders. Any taxes or duties charged at the international destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not provide complimentary return shipping of international orders. Any international returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. To request an international return please email info@jasmineandwill.com
