We use Australia Post and other couriers (at our discretion) for orders within Australia.
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to arrive.
- Express Shipping: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to arrive.

- Local Standard Shipping: AUD $9.99
- Local Express Shipping: AUD $14.99
- Orders over AUD $150 ship for free.
Australian Return Eligibility
- Full-priced items (including those purchased with a sign-up discount) can be returned for a refund, complimentary exchange or 110% credit.
- Sale items can only be returned for a credit note, no refunds.
- Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Returns must be generated within 14 days of delivery.
Australian Return Process and Fees
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, not personalised, and with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
- Log your return within 14 days of delivery via the returns portal HERE.
- You can ship via a prepaid label or choose your own carrier. The prepaid label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
- Your refund or credit note will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Jasmine and Will reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet our return policy and procedures.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship internationally using Australia Post and DHL (at our discretion).
- Shipping Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised products).
- Shipping Price: Flat rate of AUD $35.00 for all international orders. Orders over AUD $250 ship for free.
- Taxes and Duties: Any taxes or duties charged at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Return Eligibility

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Online orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please process them as a separate order.
