Holiday Shipping Cut-Off and Returns

Order by the following dates to ensure your gifts arrive on time: 

International Post: Friday 9 December 

Australian Standard Post: Thursday 15 December

Australian Express Post: Tuesday 20 December

The above dates include monogrammed product. The above dates are for guidance only and do not represent guaranteed delivery. 

Orders placed and delivered between 20 November and 24 December can be exchanged or returned until 20 January. Whilst our return window has been lengthened, our standard terms for exchange and refund apply. Please see below. 

Our office will be closed from 22 December re-opening on Tuesday 3 January.  All orders placed from 22 Dec to 2 Jan will ship 3 Jan.

Australian Shipping and Returns 

We use Australia Post and other couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post or courier tracking number. For standard shipping please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised product). For express shipping please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised product). Shipping prices are as below, and may be amended from time to time.

We offer free returns and exchanges on orders within Australian (excluding personalised product). 

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, not monogrammed and with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. 

Refunds are only available on non-personalised product.

Sale items discounted by 30% or more are entitled to a credit note only. Your credit note will be valid for 12 months.

Please follow our returns process below:

  1. Contact info@jasmineandwill.com within 14 days of the date of delivery advising your exchange or return preference. 
  2. You will receive an Australia Post return label that you should print out, sign and attach to your package.
  3. Complete the Returns Form and include it with your package
  4. Package the garment(s) and lodge at an Australia Post facility

Jasmine and Will reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.  Your refund or credit note will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned garment(s).

International Shipping and Returns

We ship internationally using Australia Post and DHL as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for all orders outside Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post or DHL Tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised products). We charge a flat rate of AUD $45.00 on all international orders. Any taxes or duties charged at the international destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not provide complimentary return shipping of international orders. Any international returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.  To request an international return please email info@jasmineandwill.com

Refunds are only available on non-personalised product.

Pre-order Shipping Procedure

We provide an approximate delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time.
