After one wash the waistband twisted in the pants. I asked if I could swap the same pants as I may have had a bad batch. They weren’t willing to until they spoke with their production team which took almost a month the offered to restitch the current pants back together. Poor effort! Bad quality all round.

We confirmed with our factory that this was a one-off issue and offered two options: to have the waistband professionally secured (with complimentary return shipping), or to exchange the set for a different style.
