AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use Australia Post and other couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia.

  • -For standard shipping please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. 
  • -For express shipping please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping prices are as below, and may be amended from time to time.

  • -Local Standard Shipping AUD $8.00
  • -Local Express Shipping AUD $12.00

Orders over $150 AUD ship for free. 

Australian Return Eligibility
  • -Full priced items (including those purchased with a sign-up discount) can be returned for a refund, credit note or size exchange. 
  • -Sale items can only be returned for credit note or size exchange. We do not issue refunds for sale items. 
  • -Personalised product cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 
  • -Returns must be generated within 14 days from delivery. 

Australian Return Process 

-We provide free returns and exchanges within Australia for orders that meet the above eligibility criteria. 

  • -Returned merchandise must be in original condition, not personalised and with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. 
  • -Log your return within 14 days of delivery via the returns portal HERE.

Jasmine and Will reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.  Your refund or credit note will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned garment(s).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship internationally using Australia Post and DHL as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for all orders outside Australia.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (including personalised products). We charge a flat rate of AUD $30.00 on all international orders. Any taxes or duties charged at the international destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders over $250 AUD ship for free. 

International Return Eligibility

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Online orders with pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. Should you wish to receive in-stock items immediately please process these as a separate order.

We provide an approximate delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time.
