How long will my bespoke order take?
Domestic bespoke orders take between 2 and 6 working days to arrive depending on the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping - 4 to 6 working days
- Express Shipping - 2 to 4 working days
We have in-house machinists that individually monogram each pyjama set. This also allows us to commission one-off monogramming for clients. If you wolud like to commission a monogram please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We use Australia Post within Australia and DHL for international orders.
This depends on the placement of your monogram. Each monogram product has maximum letters specified when you enter your embroidery details. If you wish to monogram more than the maximum letters please contact email@example.com
Yes! We love nothing more than working with our customers on bespoke monogramming commissions. From bridal parties to corporate events our team is available to assist at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to the customised nature, we do not accept returns on monogrammed items.
How do I return anon-monogrammed item?
Login to your account, select the order you wish to return and submit your return request. You will be issued an RMA number. Please note this number when returning your goods to:

Upon return, you will be issued with a refund or store credit per your request.
Do you offer refunds for returns?
Yes, we refund or provide store credit for all items that are not monogrammed. This includes sale items unless they are markes as "Final Sale".
Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
Do you pay international taxes?
No, all taxes and import duties outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking value thresholds for tax and duties with your local tax office or postal provider.
