Returns


You may return any products (except underwear) within 21 days of receipt for refund as long as those products are unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.


For all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.


To return an item please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the parcel to the dispatch address which appears at the top of the packaging slip.


We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 24hrs of receipt. Please ensure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
