Delivery


Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay within 48hrs, at which time you will be offered a full refund, exchange or credit note.


All orders are dispatched via Express Australia Post. For Online orders within Australia a flat rate of $A10 applies. For delivery outside of Australia a flat rate of $A15 applies.


Please allow 2-4 working days within Australia and 4-10 working days outside of Australia for delivery.


If your delivery address is outside of Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country.
